I was beyond excited when HarperCollins commissioned a series of animal and plant illustrations for a beautiful and purposeful gift book, responding to the wise words of our most treasured nature-lover, Sir David Attenborough. Protecting nature and it’s inhabitants is something that resonates so deeply to my core, no doubt partly influenced in childhood by televised David Attenborough documentaries. Sir David's distinct voice, childlike wonder and awe helped shape my own fascination with the world around us.

His passion for discovery led to my own expedition: to find some of the Earth's most unique and beautiful creatures that would best honour, celebrate and represent Sir David’s voice.
